We’ll take charge of the project, and guide you through our process. You need to provide us with information, a good brief, and specific details you wish to include in the video. Throughout our process, we have steps for your review and once you are happy with the output, we finalize it.

Once finalised we move on to the next part thus ensuring satisfaction and giving you a picture of the output in every step of the video process. This generally comes down to 5 or 6 reviews on average during the video creation.

In our experience, a one minute explainer video typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete. The biggest chunk of time is spent on the scripting stage since the script is the backbone of the film. Nailing the script usually takes a week back and forth between you and us. Post that we send you proposed art styles. Once the art style is chosen, we send you a PowerPoint presentation of exactly how each frame in the film will look and what the corresponding voice over for each frame will be. Upon your approval of this storyboard, we will record the voice over and start the animation. Finally, we will complete the sound post-production – adding music, leveling the voice over and adjusting the voice over to fit the visuals.

The time taken to create the explainer video can be significantly reduced, if our team gets a solid brief and receives prompt & specific feedback from you at every stage. If you need your explainer video on an urgent basis, we can work that out too.

We have very limited terms and conditions and are flexible with some customer specific terms of usage. We highly acknowledge the NDA and abide with it is customer requires. But Kolluru Films and Media would require the usage of the work done on advertising platforms and social media, but it will be purely on the consent of the customer.

The pricing depends on the length of the film, the equipments used and the animations or motion effects or voice over required.

Once we decide to work together and know the style as well as the proposed length of the film, you will make the advance payment of 50% of the estimated amount. Once the script is approved, you will pay another 25% and the rest of the payment is upon approval. The final payment after completion of the project
